Description
Mexican Honey available in jars and buckets in various sizes. Paynes' Mexican Honey has a strong flavour and, unlike other strong flavoured honeys, has very little after-taste. It is produced from a number of mixed flowers. Its dark colour and strong taste makes it ideal for cooking. It is often the choice of brewers for mead-making.
